Chuckwagon Supply, a family business located in Idaho, manufures and sells Dutch oven gear. They build some really nice Dutch oven tables. I really believe in supporting American manufuring. So, I reached out to the owners, Mark and Debra Miles to see if they would be interested in a video review of their tables. They agreed to provide me with this 36 inch table package consisting of the table, windscreen, side wings and carry bag at a very steep discount so that I can review it for you. \r

The cooking surface is very thick steel with folding legs welded to the bottom\r
\r
The legs are very sturdy an welded together. \r
\r
Heres a look a the bottom of the table and some close ups of the welds. \r
\r
A retrable carry handle is attached to the bottom of the table.\r
\r
Three small tubes are welded to each side of the table. This is where you mount the side shelves.\r
\r
The two side shelves unfold. The shelf supports engage the mounting tubes under the table\r
\r
The wind screen consists of three heavy gauge aluminum panels with piano hinges attached with rivets.\r
\r
Slots on each side panel engage the forward most shelf support. The windscreen rest on the shelf supports.\r
\r
Here is the table fully assembled. The cooking surface is 17 inches above the ground. The side shelves are 25 inches off the ground.\r
The cooking surface is 36 inches wide by 14 inches deep. These dimensions do not include the bevel on the front and back to keep your coals and ash on the table. If you need a larger cooking surface, Chuck Wagon Supply sells a 48 inch table.\r
\r
The wind screen extends 14 1/2 inches above the cooking surface. This is tall enough for my largest Dutch oven a 12x16x9 inch oval Maca. \r
\r
It is also tall enough to provide complete coverage for my 12 and 10 or 8 and 6 inch Dutch ovens stacked. \r
\r
The total height of the table with the wind screen is 31 1/2 inches and the total weight including the carrying bag is approximately 39.8 pounds. \r
\r
You can tell when a product is designed by someone who ually uses it. And this table is no exception. Its designed to withstand many years of hard use.\r
\r
Everything about this DO table is heavy duty. It will support your largest Dutch ovens fully loaded with food\r
\r
The cooking surface, shelves and legs are coated with heat resistant pain.\r
\r
The side shelves are sturdy enough to hold my 12 inch DO. \r
\r
Each shelf has two hooks on each side to hold utensils, That is 8 hooks total\r
\r
The cooking surface has no corners to trap ash. You can simply sweep your ashes and coals directly into your ash can, making clean-up a breeze. That is a feature I REALLY appreciate.\r
\r
The Nylon carrying bag unzips on three sides. The windscreen goes in.\r
\r
Then the cooking table goes in with the retrable carrying handle on the zippered side. \r
\r
Extend the carrying handle. and zip the bag shut.\r
\r
Fold the shelves, nest them together and place them in the outside pocket.\r
\r
A short nylon strap and buckle keep the shelves in the pocket.\r
\r
Placing the carrying handle on the table instead of the bag is a great idea. Doing it this way allows the bag to last much longer, since it is not bearing the weight of the heavy table.\r
\r
I am an VERY impressed with this table. I believe this is the best Dutch oven table currently on the market. You will be seeing a lot of it in my future videos, starting next week, when I present my chicken, pesto & pasta recipe.\r
